1st Place Winner

I won first place overall in the summer intern competition for Digital Experience and my final video project was voted 2nd out of 700+ interns from 14 different countries.

Omicron Delta Kappa

National Leadership Society

I was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa (OΔK) National Leadership Honor Society at Furman University! I am one of 25 members out of 184 nominations and included with the 300 other chapters throughout college campuses. This honor of OΔK is given to those who are in the top 35% of their class who demonstrate and are committed to areas of leadership, service and scholarship.  

Lambda Pi Eta

National Communications Society

I was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta (LPH) which is the National Communication Association’s official honor society at four-year colleges and universities. Lambda Pi Eta recognizes, fosters, and rewards outstanding scholastic achievement while stimulating interest in the communication discipline.  

Winston Babb Memorial Award

I was honored to receive the Winston Babb Memorial Award presented by the Furman Chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa to one junior in the top 35% of their class who has demonstrated the most outstanding qualities of leadership, scholarship, and service to Furman University.

Southern Conference (SoCon)

1st Place $10,000 Champion 

I became The Southern Conference Entrepreneurship Champion  winning $10,000 for the for-profit track! To-Go Bro’s represented Furman University. I competed against so many young entrepreneurs and startups from 9 different colleges including East Tennessee State University, Mercer University, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Western Carolina University, Citadel, Samford University, Wofford College, & The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

HAVOC: Charity Competition 2nd Place Winner

I participated in a fundraising elimination Competition at  Furman University called HAVOC where I had to sleep outside in a tent all week, not shower, wear a costume, and raise as much money for charity as possible! I raised money all week for the Julie Valentine Center to help victims of sexual assault and child abuse survivors. I am proud to say I raised $6,078 for the Julie Valentine Center and won 2nd place!

Paladin Pitch

1st Place $10,000 Winner

I was the 1st place winner of the 2nd Annual Paladin Pitch Competition winning $10,000 for my startup company To-Go Bro's at Furman University.

South Carolina

State Pitch Competition

I competed in the South Carolina Innovates Statewide Pitch Competition. The South Carolina Department of Commerce has teamed up with the SCRA: South Carolina Research Authority and 15 universities and colleges, including Furman University, from across the state to launch SC Innovates, a program aimed at promoting entrepreneurism through a live competitive student pitch competition.

Phi Eta Sigma

National Honor Society

Phi Eta Sigma is an American freshman honor society. It is the oldest and largest freshman honor society. Phi Eta Sigma members must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale during their first year.

Bell Tower Scholarship

I received the Bell Tower Scholarship. Bell Tower Scholarships support high-achieving students whose academic, co-curricular, community service, and/or leadership experiences suggest that they will make positive contributions to the Furman community.

Four-Time State Championship Title for Women's Lacrosse

I won four state championship titles in women’s lacrosse for the state of South Carolina in high school.  I was also named captain my senior year.
