To-Go Bro's, LLC

As the winner of Furman’s 2nd Annual Paladin Pitch Competition, earned $10,000 for my venture of an on-campus food delivery app that employs students and corresponds with the campus meal plan.
Consulted with presidents & CEOs of Bon Appetit and CBORD and hired Technology Intern to develop app with planned soft launch by Fall 2022.

Selected as Team Lead & sourced a $100,000 opportunity
Won first place in overall summer intern competition out of 40+ interns
Won 2nd place out of 700+ interns from 14 different countries for my final project

Tripled the institute’s social media following and compiled a database of 100+ organizations committed to developing Greenville’s entrepreneurial community
Conducted 50+ stakeholder meetings with key leaders including CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs of startup companies in the Greenville area to create an Ecosystem Map and serve as a Resource Pathway.

Create marketing strategies and manage multiple social media channels to increase the institute’s visibility.
Represent the institute at various networking events both on and off campus with community stakeholders.

I graduated from GVL Starts in 2022.
GVL Starts is an 8 week program through The Hill Institute at Furman University which is partnered with the City of Greenville, South Carolina, Greenville Local Development Corporation, SCRA: South Carolina Research Authority, VentureSouth and South Carolina Department of Commerce.
I worked with a cohort of 25 amazing entrepreneurs in the city of Greenville learning how to grow our ventures. This program gave me real life business knowledge and skills, but it also surrounded me in an environment filled with so many leaders and role models that I admire.
I also got to compete live for a chance to win startup grants in front of a large audience at demo day and got 2nd place in the crowd favorite.
